DROID 4 still on for release on December 22? Probably not

We’ve been hearing that the DROID 4 will launch this Thursday, December 22, and now more evidence (above) has surfaced confirming the date. Unfortunately, all of this is unlikely. This is a DROID branded launch and a rather big one since it’s a 4G LTE device. We all know that before DROID releases, there is always a @DroidLanding contest that usually starts about a week before the launch. If you remember, we were part of the last one as we gave a DROID RAZR away. Since December 22 is two days away, it’s unlikely. What is a possibility is that pre-orders could start on the 22nd, but until we see a presser from Big Red, don’t make any plans yet.
